Application Criteria
- Must have verifiable combined gross income of 2.5 times the rental rate of the property
- Pass a criminal background check
- The minimum credit score is 550. For multiple applicants, the average credit score will be used to determine eligibility. The average credit score must meet or exceed 550. Credit scores/averaged credit scores below 650 will require tenancy history in good standing for 2 years.
Co-signers may be used for either credit scores between 550-649 OR tenancy history, but not for both.
Co-signers are required to have a credit score of 700 or higher and meet all other requirements.
